Structural Inspections

A structural inspection is a visual examination which is carried out on specific elements of a building structure where potential defects have been identified by a mortgage, homebuyer’s survey or building survey report.

It examines all readily accessible areas of the property and focuses particularly on any area of the building structure where a defect has been identified.

A report will be provided which sets out the findings of the inspection, including costs of any remedial work necessary to repair the defect and recommendations for any further investigations that may be required.
